    At Unanimous A.I., Inc. ("Unanimous A.I.") we respect and protect the privacy of visitors to our Swarm.ai website (the "Unanimous A.I. Website"), and our customers who use our Swarm® artificial intelligence service and/or other products, tools, and services offered on the Unanimous A.I. Website (together with the Unanimous A.I. Website, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect and use visitors' and customers' information, particularly personal information, as part of the Service. The information Unanimous A.I. collects and uses is limited to the purpose for which customers engage Unanimous A.I. and other purposes expressly described in this Policy. What do we mean by personal information? How do we collect, use, and share your personal information and other information?
Information you provide to us
    When you register for the Service, we ask for personal information, such as your name, address, phone number, email address, credit card information, as well as certain related information like your company name and product name. Unanimous A.I. uses a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing. This intermediary is not permitted to store, retain, or use your billing information for any purpose except for credit card processing on Unanimous A.I.'s behalf.
    Unanimous A.I. may use the personal information you provide for operating the Service, tailoring the Service to your needs, billing, identification and authentication, communicating with you about the Service and your use of the Service, sending you marketing materials (subject to your opt-out option), for research purposes, and to generally improve the content and functionality of the Service.

Swarm Session Chats
    The Service includes the ability to conduct Swarm Sessions chats, which will not be publicly available. However, you should be aware that information you provide in Swarm Session chats areas may be read and used by others who have access to your Swarm Sessions, such as your Swarm account owner. You may also be asked by third parties to consent to additional uses of your personal information. Please be aware that such consent may allow for the use of your information outside of the Service. Unanimous A.I. is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties where you consent to additional use of your personal information.

Customer Testimonials
    From time to time, we may post customer testimonials on the Unanimous A.I. Website, which may contain personal information. In such cases, we will obtain the customer's consent to post their names along with their testimonials.

Protection of information
    We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We use service providers, such as Amazon, for data storage. Any vendor that we retain is not allowed to use information they receive from us for any other purpose that to perform the services we have contracted them to perform. Such vendors will never barter, trade, or sell access to your information.

    If you are a Unanimous A.I. customer and would like to opt out of getting marketing communications from Unanimous A.I., follow the unsubscribe instructions included in each marketing email or contact us at [email protected]. Please note that if you are a trial or paying customer, you cannot opt out of certain service and system-generated emails, but many email notifications are configurable to suit your preferences. Requests to opt out of transfers to our third-party vendors will also be considered, but limitations on data sharing may make it difficult or impossible to provide the Service in this manner.

Correcting and updating your information
    You have the right to access the personal information that we hold about you and to correct, update, amend, suppress, delete or otherwise modify any personal information where it is inaccurate. Data retention
    Unanimous A.I. will retain personal information we process on behalf of our customers for as long as needed to provide Service to our customers, subject to our compliance with this Policy. Children's Personal Information
    The Unanimous A.I. Website is not directed to children under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, you should not provide personal information to us.
